Be a part of the excitement in historic downtown Hillsboro during Antique Alley Texas on Saturday\, September 19\, 2026 (8 AM &ndash\; 3 PM)! This legendary 40+ mile shopping trail has been drawing thousands of treasure-hunting visitors from all across Texas since 1999\, and Hillsboro is proud to be one of the featured stops.

We have approximately 40 (10x10) vendor spaces available for only $10 each! These spaces are available on a first-come\, first-served basis.
\n\n

***Vendor applications are juried\, meaning you will not pay for your space until after we have approved you as a vendor. Once approved\, you will receive a separate email with a payment link to secure your space.

Vendor Space Details

\n - 10&rsquo\; x 10&rsquo\; outdoor space
\n - Vendors responsible for providing tents\, tables\, chairs\, display needs\, and cleanup
\n - All tents (10x10\, or larger) MUST be secured with a minimum of 10 lb. weight\, per tent leg
\n - Electricity and water are not provided

\n - Our downtown provides the perfect backdrop for Antique Alley&rsquo\;s charm\, with historic architecture\, local dining\, and steady foot traffic. Vendors will be positioned in the heart of the action&mdash\;drawing in both locals and visitors traveling the full Antique Alley trail.

Vendor Display &\; Set Up: Vendor displays may not block or interfere with neighboring booths. All activity must remain within the assigned space. Nothing may be nailed\, screwed\, or attached to trees or structures in the event area. All tents (10x10\, or larger) MUST be secured with a minimum of 10 lbs. per tent leg. Any vendor without compliant weights will not be allowed to set up.

Vendors provide their own tent\, tent weights\, tables\, chairs\, and display equipment. Spaces are outdoors on a closed city street.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
\n\n
All Hillsboro Texas Main Street events are rain or shine. No refunds\, credits\, or changes will be given for missed or not-attended scheduled events. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled by Hillsboro Texas Main Street due to unsafe conditions\, Government or authority orders\, or Acts of God. Hillsboro Texas Main Street is not liable for revenue loss\, damages\, or expenses beyond the vendor paid fee. Hillsboro Texas Main Street reserves the right to revoke this agreement at any time. No further liability will be assumed.

By submitting this application\, the Vendor agrees to the following:

Compliance &\; Liability:
\n\n
Vendor agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this application/contract. By registering for this event\, you are accepting personal liability for the business represented. The City of Hillsboro and Hillsboro Texas Main Street assume no liability for injuries or damages to visitors\, vendors\, staff\, or property during any part of the event\, including setup and breakdown periods.

Medical Release:
\n\n
I understand that participation in City of Hillsboro and/or Hillsboro Main Street events may involve certain risks\, including the possibility of injury or illness. In the event of an emergency\, I authorize emergency medical treatment for myself and/or my employees if deemed necessary by emergency medical personnel or an attending physician. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for any medical treatment\, transportation\, or related expenses incurred as a result of such emergency care.

Hold Harmless Agreement:
\n\n
I agree to abide by the conditions herein and agree to hold harmless\, waive and release any and all rights to claims for damages against the City of Hillsboro\, Hillsboro Texas Main Street\, and their agents and employees\, and other such individuals who may be involved in the planning and implementation of this program. In the event of a breach\, the breaching party shall be liable for the damages and expenses incurred.
