DESCRIPTION:Save the Date! BGCHCO is proud to hold its annual Breakfast of Champions on October 22nd! Our guest speaker is the Former Miss Waco (2015) Jamie Blanek\, and she's got a story to tell... In 2021\, Jamie stopped to help those injured in a nearby traffic accident. Unfortunately\, Jamie ended up being hit by a passing vehicle\, causing her serious physical injury and resulting in a hospital stay. Since then\, Jamie has summoned her courage\, conviction and strength to live a purpose driven life. Not one for sitting still\, Jamie got busy relearning to snowboard\, competing in Spartan races and climbing mountains in Ecuador - all with a prosthesis on her right leg.\n\nAnd of course this is a breakfast\, so bring your appetite!\n\nStart your morning off right at the Breakfast of Champions. As always\, you'll be supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Hill County.\n\nWe hope to see you there!
