DESCRIPTION:The second annual Hill County Summit which is open to all area school and city elected officials and administrators\, plus all community leaders will be held Wednesday\, April 5\, at the Vara Martin Daniel Performing Arts Center (PAC) on the Hill College Campus in Hillsboro.\n\nA light lunch (first come-first served) will be served at 11:30 a.m. in the PAC South and the program will get underway at noon in the auditorium. State Comptroller Glenn Hegar will be discussing the current Texas legislative session and how the state's budget surplus may be spent.\n\nThe public is invited to attend and is free to the public
