DESCRIPTION:Come join the Friends of the Hillsboro City Library as they celebrate the completion of the new door installation on the Hillsboro City Library's main entrance! Designed by Architexas\, the new doors are based on the original door design from the 1912 construction documents.\n\nThe Texas State Historical Commission provided $30\,000 in grant funds for the project with a $30\,000 matching donation coming from the Friends of the Hillsboro City Library.\n\nConstruction is currently underway\, and the library will host a ribbon cutting on Thursday\, April 16th at 9:30am for the community to join the celebration around the new doors.\n\nFor more information\, give the library a call at 254-582-7385 or visit in person at 118 South Waco Street.
