The 33rd annual Hill County Veterans Ceremony at 9:30 a.m. It will be held at Hillsboro Junior High School\, located at 210 East Walnut Street.\n\n\n\nAlso happening Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. will be a free lunch for veterans and their families at the Scout Hut\, located at 915 Corsicana Highway in Hillsboro\, between Christ Lutheran Church and the Hillsboro Department of Public Safety.\n\n\n\nThe lunch will be potluck style. Those who would like to provide a dish or wish to donate are asked to bring their items to the Scout Hut after 10:30 a.m. For questions\, email Liz Schneider at lizschneider@go2liz.com or leave a message at 571-271-1796.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, November 11th\, please join us on the Northeast corner of the Hill County Courthouse Square in Hillsboro for a Veteran's memorial and appreciation.
