Food For Families Drive
The Central Texas Food For Families Drive will be held Friday, November 17, and collection sites will be set up locally in Hillsboro from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Whitney from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Hillsboro Interfaith Ministries (HIM) has set this year's goal at 120,000 pounds. Non-perishable food items or monetary donations can be dropped off at the Scout Hut, located at 915 Corsicana Highway in Hillsboro (next to Christ Lutheran Church).
