Short-Term Rehabilitation
PT/OT/ST five days a week, stroke & orthopedic recovery programs, pulmonary O2 support, and contracture prevention therapies.

Long-Term Care
24/7 licensed nursing, daily medication management, weekly pharmacy reviews, mobile imaging, and assistance with complex conditions.

Memory Care & Respite Support
Specialized unit for Alzheimer's/dementia, routine-based care, engaging programming, and VA-contracted compassionate support.

Clinical Specialty Services
IV antibiotics, wound/vac therapy, mobile X-ray, visiting dental/podiatry, in-house wound physician, and mobile lab services.
