About Us
The Heart of Texas Rural Transportation District (HOTRTD) provides public transportation to the public of any age, including but not limited to transportation for seniors 65 and older, or individuals with disabilities of any age.

Riding with Blue is easy and affordable. Our fare structure is below:
$1 for each one-way trip within the county you live.
(Example: Mexia to Groesbeck)
$2 for each one-way trip to go to any other county in the region, including McLennan County.
(Example: Hillsboro to Waco)
