At Lake Whitney Veterans Center of Resources (VCR), we believe no veteran should face life’s challenges alone. Lake Whitney Veterans Center of Resources (VCR) is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans and their families connect with the resources and support they need. VCR works with each veteran individually to identify available assistance for needs such as food, clothing, housing, medical services, homelessness prevention, and other challenges.
Based in Whitney, Texas, the organization serves as a resource connection point for veterans by researching available programs and helping individuals navigate appropriate services. VCR’s mission is centered on ensuring veterans do not have to face difficult circumstances alone and can access practical resources tailored to their individual needs.
