About Us

We build beds for children in need, ensuring that NO KID SLEEPS ON THE FLOOR IN OUR TOWN!

Sleep in Heavenly Peace is an organization whose main goal is to provide beds for children ages 3-17 who are sleeping in undesirable conditions. The Whitney chapter has a goal of 300 beds in 2025 and has currently given out five beds in the month of January; they plan to spread to all of Hill County. The volunteer-based organization cuts the pieces for the beds, then assembles and makes the bed in the home, which come with a headboard, footboard, frame, mattress, and bedding.

You can also donate new twin size sheets, pillows, and bedding items to our chapter.
