The Hill County Fair has been a yearly tradition since 1913.

Located in Hillsboro, Texas, the Fair has expanded greatly to include livestock (cattle, swine, lambs, goats, broilers and rabbits) and creative arts (baked goods, photography, arts and crafts, and textiles). In 2023, over 800 exhibitors submitted 756 Livestock entries and 1,123 Creative Arts entries capping the week with a Creative Arts auction and Livestock Premium auction. The Hill County Fair is proud to announce, it awarding over $659,000 in Premium payments resulting from those auctions and awarded several local high school seniors with scholarships towards their future endeavors. The investment made in the young lives of Hill County will reap countless rewards in the future and we thank those that can help us continue this opportunity for them.

With great success comes great responsibility. The Hill County Fair has been blessed with great leadership over the years, and this year is no different. Below are the men and women who have volunteered countless
hours and have been tasked with guiding this great organization into the future.

PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Grand Champion Sponsor- $10,000 (only 1 available)
 Recognition in local print media, on-line platforms (website and Facebook), and on Exhibitor t-shirts as the Grand Champion Sponsor
 5x6 full-color banner displayed on the Livestock Announcer’s stand for the duration of the Fair
 Recognition as a Belt Buckle Sponsor (12) and as an Ag Mechanics Prize Sponsor
 Recognition and Premium Seating during both the Creative Arts and Livestock Auctions  12 Buyer Meal Tickets (held prior to the Livestock Auction)
 Naming rights for 1- $500 College Scholarship which will be awarded to any Exhibitor that has participated in the Hill County Fair for all 4 years of their high school career.
 Vendor Booth space for the duration of the Fair. This can be either a 10’x10’ space inside the Exhibits Building for the duration of the Fair, excluding during the Auctions, or space outside,
including the placement of 1 vehicle or piece of equipment within the Fairgrounds. Outside vendor space will not exceed 10’x20’ and electricity will not be provided.

NAMING OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to sponsorship packages, the Hill County Fair has multiple naming opportunities available for companies to get their name and logo out in front of the community. Only one of each will be sold on a first-paid, first-awarded basis.

Livestream- $2,000
o The Livestock events of the Hill County Fair will be livestreamed for all to see. You will be recognized as the Official Livestream Sponsor with the Company’s name included in the Livestream title.

A Day in the Ring- $1,500
o A Day in the Ring is a special needs show that occurs during the Hill County Fair benefiting local youth who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the thrill of being in the showring. As the A Day in the Ring sponsor, the Company name will appear on the back of the t-shirts given to all participants and volunteers as well as in signage for the event.

Buyer’s Meal- $1,000
o Prior to the Livestock Auction, there is a Buyer’s meal for all registered buyers with additional tickets available for sale. All proceeds from this meal are to be used for the scholarships that are awarded at the beginning of the Livestock Auction. As the Buyer’s Meal sponsor, there will be signage at the meal along with the Company’s name in all communication about the event.

Auction Numbers- $1,000
o Company logo would appear in black and white at the bottom of the auction numbers given to bidders during both he Creative Arts and Livestock Auctions. There were over 500 registered buyers for 2023.

Exhibitor Numbers- $500
o Company name and logo would be printed on the bottom of the exhibitor numbers worn by each Livestock Exhibitor while in the showring.

Pig Boards- $250
o Minimum of three (3) pig boards are used during the swine show.
