Join us for a mural dedication on Saturday,  December 13 at noon During the Christmas Market. The mural is located facing the courthouse at Covington at Franklin Streets in Hillsboro, Texas. Celebrate artist David Handy, and the mural project from the Hillsboro Arts League.
