Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce recently named IKO’s asphalt shingle manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, Texas, its Regional Business of the Year.
Opened in 2018, the 250,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehousing facility supplies shingles to customers in Texas and surrounding areas of the southwestern United States. In its nomination, IKO was lauded for its commitment to continuous improvement, its construction of more new facilities over the past two decades than any other company in its sector and the expansion of production in Hillsboro.
